We would like to introduce our little miss, Charlotte "Charlie" Mae Jones. Almost 3 weeks early but she is perfect. We may be a little biased on that one lol. She was born at 1:43 pm on 12-14-16 coming in at 6lbs 8oz and almost 21 inches long.

Her birth definitely caught us by surprise but she came out healthy and that's all that matters. A few have asked to hear her birth story so I'll get that posted up here soon.

Sooo after a super long break from blogging I figured it was time to get back at it! So much has happened in our lives the past year, I felt I should document it. Some of it good, some of it bad. I may go in to detail on those topics in another post but for now I just wanted a welcome back, this is what is happening right now post.
Well as you can see our biggest news is we are expecting baby J due at the end of the year. We are so excited and can't wait for little one to get here. We found out in April, on the hubs birthday to be exact, but did not tell anyone until May 16th. I was running the Potato Half Marathon and had asked some family to be there at the finish line. Allen got creative and made signs with the ultrasound photo attached. His read "hunting and fishing gear for sale" and my sign read " Mama's 5th half marathon, Baby's 2nd half marathon, Daddy's in for a marathon". I was also wearing a shirt that said running for 2. He had the signs hidden away until I got to the finish then we handed our camera off and said we want to take a picture. It was pretty funny because it took everyone a minute before they realized what the signs said. They hadn't even noticed my shirt until after they read the signs lol.

I plan on tracking most of my pregnancy on here with weekly bumpdates and random pregnancy info. So check back to see our progression.
